Cosmetic Dental Assistant

We are seeking a Cosmetic Dental Assistant to join our private practice located along the Westside Beltline. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a team-oriented work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office is required. Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in enhancing patient experiences through attentive care
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
• Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of dental records with strict confidentiality
• Coordinate patient appointments and confirmations
• Aid in insurance verification and provide clear explanations of benefits
• Support in presenting and explaining patient treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive patient environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental office
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in interacting with patients, team members, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 32 – 36 per week
