Dental Lab Technician Floating Assistant

We are seeking a Lab Technician Floating Assistant to join our team . We are a private practice located along the Westside Beltline. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a team-oriented work ethic, and attention to detail. We require at least 2 years of experience in a dental lab setting. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with dental lab tasks and support check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails
• Handle dental records, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Assist with insurance verification and explain benefits to patients
• Present patient treatment plans
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive patient experience

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a dental lab setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
